Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect is identified
• Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 24
hours of delivery.

Mandatory requirements:

• Clear unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
• Photos of the product and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Opened fragrance oils (due to hygiene and contamination risk)
• Customized or special-order products

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
